Refund policy
Returns
At All Your Needs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request a return within 24–48 hours of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, we will initiate the refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.
